Ideal for beginners to learn proper form and experience an effective class that will build a solid Pilates Reformer foundation. Focus on form and alignment to help you master Pilates fundamentals, so you can get the most out of your workout as you advance. This class is ideal for all fitness levels, is easily modified for those with physical limitations, and focuses on overall body awareness

Level I

Prior experience a must. This moderate to fast paced class incorporates quick transitions and will introduce you to more advanced exercises and use of the apparatus. Focused on strength, in addition to balance and stability, this class creates dynamic challenges to elevate your practice.

Level III

A stretch and mobility class by adding resistance while, ensuring maximum lengthening and extension.

Stretch Reformer

Prior experience strongly advised. This class takes Level I moves to the next level to increase a challenge while being mindful of your alignment, core and will increase overall body strength.

Level II

Introduction, with NO experience, to the Pilates reformer and the techniques used to perform movements on the reformer machine.
